Step #2 - Flush Fat with  Fatty Acids

Breakfast - For breakfast you will be eating "fatty acids"

Eat 2 to 3 handfuls of almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, or pumpkin seeds. They will keep you full and flush out your body fat!

....or you can have this shake:

- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Almond Butter
- Strawberries
- Flax Oil
Blend into a shake and have this for breakfast each of the 3 mornings

Dr Hyman also says you have to go to the bathroom everyday. So, "flush your digestive tract" everyday with this drink


Step #3 - Flush Digestive Tract

1 Tbsp of Virgin Coconut Oil with 8 oz of water. Drink the entire glass!

Step #4 - Eat Protein & Fiber Combo for Lunch and Dinner

Lunch & Dinner - For lunch and dinner you will be eating a "protein & fiber" combo

Protein 3- 4 oz of protein -  3 oz Fish, 4 oz or lean white chicken, or 4 oz of tofu

Fiber 2 cups of fiber - 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup of frozen berries. You can have unlimited steamed or sauteed veggies like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, and Brussels sprouts.
