Dr Mark Hyman's 3 Day Fat Flushing Plan - How Does it Work?

Here's how it works!

Dr Hyman and Dr Oz tell us that fat causing toxins disrupt the brain's weight control system. This plan will help heal the damaged cells that cause metabolism to slow down and pack on the pounds.

All the healthy low calorie foods in his 3 day plan help fight inflammation, decrease insulin resistance, rid the body of toxins, and flush out your fat!

The first thing you have to do before you start the 3 day plan is to make this "fat flushing broth" which you are to drink about 4 times a day!

Step #1 The Prep

Fat Flushing Broth Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 stalks of celery diced
- 1 cup white radish root
- 1 cup winter squash
- 2 cups kale chopped
- 1 cup diced turnips
- 1/2 chopped dried seaweed
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cups shiitake

Boil in a big pot of water for approx 60 min. Strain the broth and keep in a pitcher to drink over the 3 days. You should be able to drink 3 to 4 cups each of the 3 days.
